Consent to Personal Data Processing
This document constitutes a separate consent by the user of the website https://residence-greece.com and is confirmed by clicking the button on the request form.
1. User consent
Acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, and confirming my legal capacity, I give DV Greece Global, which administers the website https://residence-greece.com (the “Website Administration”; contact for personal data matters: [email protected]), specific, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms of this document.
2. Personal data covered
- name;
- phone number;
- email address — if I have provided it;
- information about my enquiry concerning property in Greece: the selected property or location, preferences, budget, purpose of the enquiry, answers to the form questions and preferred contact method;
- the text of my comment and other information I have provided voluntarily;
- the address of the page from which the request was sent;
- technical information recorded when consent is confirmed: IP address, date and time, browser information and document version.
I should not submit through the form passport details, health information, biometric data, payment details or any other information that is not required to process the request.
3. Purposes of processing
- receiving, registering and processing my request;
- contacting me by the method I have chosen and responding to me;
- selecting property offers in Greece and clarifying the parameters of my enquiry;
- transferring the request to partners of DV Greece Global that process it, select properties and arrange communication with relevant specialists;
- keeping a record of interactions and monitoring the quality of request processing;
- protecting the rights and legitimate interests of DV Greece Global and the User.
This consent does not cover advertising. Advertising messages are sent only with separate prior consent.
4. Processing operations and methods
I authorise the collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating (modification), retrieval, use, provision, access, blocking, erasure and destruction of the specified data, with or without automated means.
This consent does not authorise the dissemination of my personal data or its publication in publicly available sources.
5. Data recipients
To achieve the stated purposes, DV Greece Global may entrust the processing of the necessary data to, or provide it to:
- partners of DV Greece Global that process requests and select properties — name, phone number, email address (if provided) and request parameters;
- hosting, information system, technical support and communication providers acting on behalf of DV Greece Global;
- relevant agencies, developers and consultants — only after it has been confirmed that such a transfer is necessary for my enquiry.
DV Greece Global shall ensure that persons processing data on its behalf maintain confidentiality and security and comply with the purposes and scope of processing.
6. Term of consent
The consent is valid from the moment it is confirmed until the purposes of processing are achieved, but for no longer than three years from the date of the last substantive interaction regarding the request, unless longer processing is required by law or contract.
7. Withdrawal of consent
I may withdraw my consent at any time by sending a message to [email protected] with the subject “Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing”. The message should include details that make it possible to find the request: name, phone number or email address.
Upon receiving the withdrawal, DV Greece Global stops processing and ensures that the data is destroyed within the period established by law, unless there is another lawful basis for processing it. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it was received.
8. Confirmation of consent
Consent is deemed given once I click the button on the request form next to the link to this document and submit the form. DV Greece Global records the date and time of confirmation, the IP address, the page address and the version of the consent to prove that it has been obtained.
I confirm that I have read the Privacy Policy, understand the purposes and conditions of processing and may refuse to give consent by not submitting the form.
